The apartment is amazing. I stayed there with my 2 children (age 9 and 10) and my boyfriend. Spotless, comfortable, warm. The beds were amazing. It also had Netflix, so the kids had something to watch when we came back to rest. We didn't cook but the place has a working stove. Also the cutest balconies. The neighborhood has everything. Pharmacy, supermarket, cafe. Everything we needed was right next door. It also had an amazing bakery nearby which is a must for breakfast with great coffee and food. Very convenient that the metro is 5 minutes (max), which was very convenient for us and also it was the stop for the red line which takes you straight downtown in no time. And of course the excellent owner who welcomed us and was so polite. He was so helpful with everything we needed. Definitely gonna stay there again and I recommend this place specially for people with children. It really felt like home

great position. lots of stores, bars, coffee shops and services close by (even on the same street). the flat is silent even though situated on a busy street. feels very homey, so if you're looking for a place that is not super exclusive, but decent with a good price, this is your place. in the kitchen you can find everything for cooking, has a big fridge. free parking techically exists, if you can find a spot (but that's Rome everywhere). the hot tub is nice, but noisy :). has washing machine, which comes in handy if you're looking for a longer stay.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura per un weekend con la famiglia. L'appartamento è grande, pulito, accogliente e dotato di ogni confort perfino la vasca idromassaggio perfettamente funzionante. La posizione è eccellente avendo a pochi passi la stazione metro che porta in centro. L'host gentile, puntuale e molto disponibile. Lo consiglio vivamente per vivere un'esperienza a Roma tranquilla e rilassante.

Sehr schönes Apartment in guter Lage zur Metro. Gute Bäckerei und Geschäfte um die Ecke, sehr sauber. Leider hatte unser Flug am Abend Verspätung und die Ankunft war dadurch sehr verspätet, da kein Taxi zu kriegen war und die Metro nicht mehr fuhr. Ein sehr freundlicher Mann hat zum Glück geduldig bis 23 Uhr auf uns gewartet!
Tolle und günstige Wohnung in einem großen Wohnhaus nahe einer Metro-Station

Die Lage war sehr gut, gleich in der Nähe gab es eine Metro-Station. Mit der Linie A war man in einer halben Stunde im Zentrum von Rom. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, es war alles da, was man brauchte. Sogar 2 Regenschirme, die wir auch mal benötigten! Die Wohnung war sauber, der Gastgeber hat noch selbst geputzt, als wir kamen und war sehr hilfsbereit. Bei er Abreise haben wir niemanden mehr getroffen, aber wir konnten einfach die Schlüssel in der Wohnung lassen.
