The location of the apartment is super great, it is only a few mins walking to the Colosseum. The service of Giorgio is really great. He contacted me through What's app before our arrival, asked about if need a taxi, really sweet! And sent me all the steps of how to get the key.

Loved everything about the property!!! Prompt responses, awesome gorgeous quiet location just so conveniently close to Colosseo, luggage storage facility and lift/ elevator to get to apartment!!!!! Apartment was lovelier than in pictures! Very spacious and comfortable too. I hope we could have stayed longer! Location and surroundings were so great that had to wake up early and go for a nice walk and enjoy around Colosseo and all of Ancient Rome before going for breakfast. Early sunlight and less traffic were amazing! Also must mention that there are food/ bar options within a block and Uber arrived for pickup at premises within 2-3 minutes.

there is no ready to eat breakfirst. we need to cook it. but they have all the cooking tools we need. and also prepared some pasta and sea weed. if you bring some condition , vegetable by yourself. then you can make a good breakfirst. if you want to visit Roma colosseum, this location is the best

Absolutely fantastic experience. The staff was amazing, very responsive. They solved all the issues in minutes. The apartment is big enougth for two families. In two bedrooms you have separete bathrooms and there is one common bathroom. Everythig looks exactly like on the pictures. The kitchen is spaciuos with a big table. There is everything to prepare meals including something basic spices, olive oil, etc. There is no problem with a luggage if you arrive prior to a checkin hour. They have office in the nearby where you can leave luggage in big closets containing lockers. Thank you.

Very nice apartment, great location, can walk everywhere. kitchen has cooking essentials,oil and salt, and paper towels. Coffee machine with plenty of coffee pods. Nice pastry on the table and a big bottle of water in the fridge were very nice.

Loved the location and all the artwork in the rooms. The beds were comfortable and there was a nice living room to fit our family of five comfortably. Giorgio even arranged a last minute car to take us to the airport.
