The place was amazing, the hosts were very friendly, complementary breakfast and coffee was a very nice touch. All in all it was basically perfect and if we return to Rome, we will definitely stay there again.

I was in Rome with my family and Riccardo did everything to make out trip easier, he gave us all needed informations, recommendations for some nice restaurants and what else to see in this beautiful city. Location is amazing, between Colosseum and Termini station, you have a lot of shops and restaurants around, everything is walkable but if you prefer metro is also very close.

Fantastic location, easy to reach from the train station. Host was extremely helpful and kind. Rooms were easy to access, clean and comfortable.

Convenient location for walking and catching metro and busses. Gorgeous walk through a historic park on the way to the Colosseum and Forum. Nice to be close enough to take a rest mid-day before heading out again for the evening. Clean, spacious, friendly host who explained everything thoroughly and was able to accommodate a slightly late arrival. I appreciated housekeeping every day.
