Our host greeted us upon our arrival. He was flexible and accommodated our needs. If there were any issues, he answered his phone or responded through text immediately and came right away to address it.

The apartment was amazing, with a huge private balcony. We were a family of two adults one child visiting Rome for the first time. This was an ideal place to stay as it was close enough to the tourist attractions they were only a few Metro stops to everything we wanted to see yet quiet enough to come back to of an evening and relax.  Close by was some fantastic restaurants, especially Osteria Romana. Monica contacted me in the week before our arrival made everything clear and was very helpful  during our stay.
