Exactly as it looks in the pictures. Perfectly practical. Comfortable bed. Perfectly fine shower. Washing machine. Little kitchenette with enough to cook yourself a small meal. Safe area. Quiet building. Easy key collection and drop off.

The location is very good, quiet street with a good grocery shop nearby. The place is 10-15min walk to a big park with catacombs and wide fields. Good for hiking and jogging. Different bus stops are 5-10min walk. Otherwise 30-40min walk to the city center. The host was very forthcoming and was making sure we are comfortable. The host was able to accept us at a late hour, which we really appreciated. Also gave us opportunity to leave our backpacks on the last day, if we needed. On arrival, complementary coffee caps (very good coffee), jam and snacks were waiting for us. Kitchen had a coffee machine, teapot and a little oven. A lot of dishes in different sizes, which was very convenient as we sometimes cooked. Big wardrobe. Other: good wifi, AC, TV with cable, blinding drapes, balcony, small fridge, hairdryer. Apartment was warm, which was important for us as we stayed in the end of December. Thank you, Giada, for the nice stay!

Prima di tutto la grande disponibilità e l'accoglienza del padrone di casa, io e la mia ragazza siamo stati ospiti solo per una notte per un evento lì vicino. La camera è davvero spaziosa per una persona per due possiamo già discutere di un certo restringimento, ma la pulizia ottima, i servizi altrettanto, 10 min dalla metro di Garbatella e anche il condominio del tutto molto pulito.

Ben organizzata dato lo spazio ridotto, fondamentalmente c’era tutto l’essenziale per l’uso che dovevo farne (un appoggio per un giorno/notte prima di un esame e intanto lavorare). Wi-Fi, mia esigenza principale, ottima. Accoglienza estremamente cortese e gentile, mi sono venuti incontro sull’orario di check-in, cosa molto gradita e mai scontata. In considerazione del mercato, un rapporto qualità/prezzo dignitoso

Appartamento molto tranquillo (ci siamo stati ad agosto, mai sentiyi vicini, nessun rumore, affaccia su una via interna) Cucina abbastanza funzionale (caffettiera capsule, bollitore, 1 fornello elettrico, stoviglie varie, ok per fare l'indispensabile) Noi c'eravamo (uno di noi 2) per lavoro da renoto ed internet ha funzionato sempre bene e il tavolo era grande per lavorare La lavatrice, che anche se vecchiotta, lava bene e so può stendere fuori Aria condizionata funziona bene Il bagno è abbastanza grande Il check-in in presenza, ragazzo che è venuto a darci le chiavi molto simpatico e disponibile Tutto sommato ci ha dato abbastanza idea di casa
