Opened in 2012, the Demetra Hotel is opposite the Rome Opera House and 5 minutes' walk from Termini Station. This hotel offers free WiFi throughout, and modern-style rooms with air conditioning and wood floors. Hotel Demetra occupies 3 floors of a 6-storey building. Rooms are soundproofed and include an LCD TV with Sky channels, and an en suite bathroom with free toiletries and a hairdryer. A continental buffet-style breakfast is available each morning. Reception is open 24-hours a day and there are comfortable lounge areas with contemporary furnishings. The many shops of Via Nazionale are just 200 metres away. The rooms and the property were clean ! However there are multiple hotels in the same building and therefore common entrance and areas were both that clean. The staff was nice and helpful. Breakfast was ok however not at level of 4 star hotel. The location is perfect and majority of sights were at walking distance.
