Location: close by foot to anything Super comfy Beds, Cleanliness: every day cleaning between 10 and 12, Staff: very friendly, sent us suggestions and let us leave our luggage there for free in the last day
Nice new place in Roma

Ideally located in a quiet district far from the tourist frenzy but still very central. Close to great restaurants and rooftop bars for a sunset aperitivo. Termini station is 10min walk away. The rooms are small but very convenient, very clean and the place only has 4-5 rooms which makes it a cosy spot to stay.

Location was great - quiet and safe. Room was impeccable. The concierge very friendly and helpful. The manager who we emailed/spoke to and helped us with getting the hot water sorted - fantastic - prompt assistance and extremely helpful - thank you! Overall a great stay and we would be back.

We stayed in Room 5 - the room was new and clean however it lacked pace for luggage/bags and a tight squeeze. The bathroom was too small (only 2 sq meter) and shower would be hard to most people to use. We stayed 5 days and as such do not recommend this - it was 1 of 5 rooms, so perhaps others are larger which would be ok.

L’emplacement est vraiment très interessant, proche de tout. , et le personnel accueillant et tres serviable. Résidence qui est en plus sécurisé avec la presence de digicode a l’entrée du logement .

Camera accogliente e silenziosa, nonostante la posizione molto centrale. Posizione ottima, vicina sia a Termini (viaggiavamo in treno) che al centro, in particolare al Quirinale e alla fontana di Trevi. Inoltre, si trova a pochi metri da bar e ristoranti.
