The location was excellent, next to the stunning St. Maria Maggiore church, close to the Colosseum, and about 7 minutes walk from the Termini station. The room was very clean, tea and coffee facilities included. We could leave our bags at the reception area before the check-in.

The staff was great. We arrived at around 9pm. We had no email access ~24 hours before we arrived the hotel, I didn't get the code to get into the hotel. I was very worried! My family with my 2 girls were extremely tired by that time and we couldn't get into the building/hotel. Thankfully, the lady pick up the phone and walked me through how to get into the building/hotel/room. Very thankful about that! The Room was already set up to sleep 4 people. The room was clean. The hotel was situated in a convenient area.

We loved the location - it was perfect for our first time in Rome as we could walk absolutely everywhere! The bathroom was also excellent, super clean, spacious and shower was really good. Gemma was fabulous, quick communication, and helped us out with anything we weren’t sure about / when the safe ran out of batteries (unavoidable!) Gemma fixed it straight away which was amazing. We received excellent communication on how to locate and access the property. Thanks for a great stay Gemma!

I loved the fact it was so near the bus and the train station, as a sole traveller it was a great location. Nearby are a few selection of eating places. It is right in the centre of Rome which allowed me to walk to the coliseum and the Trevi Fountain easily. The property itself is secure and quiet even though it has busy street traffic outside. The place is bright and clean. Modern and very comfortable. Gemma-landlady- was very helpful and approachable. Reception area has a small selection of breakfast biscuits and coffee. Which allowed me to have a coffee and biscuit before my day on the tourist trail. All in all I had a great time in Rome and would definitely return to Dany guest house.
