It was perfect : (1) location - 3 min to Fontana di Trevi, and other attractions are very close (15-20 min of magnificent walk) (2) Serena and Federico are very attentive, careful, helpful and always online if you have any questions (3) the appartment is in a beautiful building with massive door, old fashioned fantastic lift, (4) the appartment itself is very stylish, well equipped, cozy and comfortable. You have everything you need. If someone used to sleep on a firm mattress, I would recommend to take into account that mattress in a bedroom is soft. We enjoyed each day of our stay. You will safe a lot of time staying there

The location and comfort of the accommodation are very good, it is close to restaurants and places of interest in Rome, mainly the Trevi Fountain and the train station. The friendliness of the host was very nice and the cleanliness was excellent.

Right in the centre of things ! - a little noisy on Friday night but not so it bothered us! All amenities provided- good hairdryer/toiletries/ iron & board/ air-con /fans/clothes airer/ powerful shower and nice big sink - nicely decorated and very clean ! The lift up to the first floor level room was also very useful as we had a lot of luggage. The entrance area was also clean and smart. The washing machine wasn’t working during our stay which we needed but the hosts sent somebody out to wash our things for us!!! It was lovely having a nice bright space to stay in the heart of Rome much better than a hotel room !
Perfectly located - we could walk to all the sites we wanted to visit.

Perfect location. Walking distance to shops, restaurants, Trevi fountain, and the Spanish steps. The check-in was easy and so was the check-out. Everything was provided in the apartment.
