A nice and comfortable b&b apartment in a good location - metro, several sights and good restaurants are close by - with a very friendly host.

The rooms was very spacious and clean. The owner was extremely kind, the breakfast was not buffet, but very well organized. You could choose timing when to eat each day and then they would have prepared a table for you with some sweet croissant. Location is very good, there is both Metro A and bus nearby.

Good location - very close to the Vatican city (next to the Vatican wall). Also metro A line stop Cipro is nearby. Closed yard and the room was cozy & clean, the bathroom was very good 👍

The room was very clean, breakfast was delicious, the hosts were so sweet and helpful. We just felt so welcome and taken care of. This was such a delightful stay. We will certainly choose this accommodation again when back in Rome.

Comfy Vatican Suites really lived up to their name

I was met at the room by the host, who was very friendly and polite. I was shown how the gates worked to gain access to the property and the access code for the outer door of the suite. The Room was clean and bright, and was very comfortable. I had a really good nights sleep each night, which was important as I was running the Rome marathon on the Sunday. The host answered any questions I had about the location and travel, and gave good advice. a good breakfast was included within the booking. Located within a short walking distance of a Metro station, which made getting around very easy. Would recommend this room to anybody, and will be looking to rebook again for next year.

Owners are so nice. The accommodation is spotless clean and the Italian style breakfast is great. Location across from Vatican is perfect, especially when visiting the Vatican museum in the (early) morning (just cross the street).

I am very pleased with my stay in this place. Service at the highest level. The location is wonderful. The owner of the apartment is a wonderful girl, you can see how much work and soul she puts into her business, I, as a guest, felt taken care of and it was very pleasant. I 100% recommend this place.
