The stay was very relaxing. Located in a gated neighborhood, it was nice to take a walk to the bistro at the end of the street---great for a bite to eat or a bottle of wine. Every morning I had coffee and a croissant before heading across the street to the Metro (Torre Gaia). Rome was easy to get to in an hour---and for only 1.50 euros! I highly recommend if you are looking for a quiet stay. Additionally, the rooms are spacious and comfortably air condtioned. I will happily return.

The villa is located in a very quiet part of Rome. Car parking is provided inside the yard of the building. Excellent accommodation. I highly recommend it to anyone who travels to Rome. There is a Metro Station nearby.

Located outside of the busy areas of Rome, a nice and safe district. Only 8-10 min walk to metro line C which makes it easy to commute to the city centre. You can find a few caffeterias around to grab breakfast or you can use a kitchen in the Villa The room is spatious and has all promised facilities, including AC. Generally it is very quiet, the thing you need after a day in noisy Rome :) Staff is very helpful and friendly and is there for you to make your stay comfortable

The highlight of my stay is the owner, Fabio, who was very helpful. This is a lovely spot for a retreat. I am sure it will be beautiful in winter. The area which the villa is located in is gated and relatively secure with family vibes and a small restaurant at the end of the road. I loved the walk from the villa to the metro. Air conditioned, spacious washroom, and a balcony.

The place was really great, room are clean and big. Everyone is very nice and available. Close from the subway.
Nice room and facilities but if you are a light sleeper, or wake up to noise then I would avoid.

The room was a good size, the facilities all worked well and room was clean. On arrival we liked the look and comfort of the room, parking was also easy and with plenty of space. The gated access made it feel more secure too.
