Amazing service we received from the owner. We had so many inconveniences due to a delayed flight late in the evening, no train connection, and loss of baggage. But the owner as a such service-minded person helped us all the time with all the problems we had. The room was beautiful, the kitchen has everything you need to cock, and the installations and room were tidy and clean. The location is 2 min from the Train station and 15 minutes from the Colleseum. Many nice restaurants and bakeries are close by. Remember, this is an apartment and not a hotel when you book. That's what makes this location so great since the owner takes care of every minimum detail. The communication was very good and everything we agreed on was delivered.

Great location a few minutes walk from the train station. Gianluca was a lovely host with great communication and recommendations for the city. Beautiful traditional architecture in the building and a nice little view of the park out the window!

The host and staff were very welcoming and offered his Whatapp should we need anything. Worth noting this is his preferred method of communicating. The property is exactly as described by the owner. The property is an apartment where there are two rooms with private bathrooms and a shared kitchen. The bathroom and bedroom were very clean and well laid out. It’s very quiet due to the park being just outside. The location near to the Rail Terminal (10min walk) which made moving about by train, metro and bus, including the hop on hop off very easy. A lovely place to stay to visit Rome.

This was not just a room with bland furniture like one finds in chain hotels, but was essentially an apartment with lots of interesting elements. The kitchen was well appointed and there was a separate bathroom. The bedroom looked out on a park. Considering this is only a few blocks to Termini Train Station, it was amazingly quiet. We wish we could have stayed longer. Gianluca was really friendly and accommodated our need to catch an early train.

The look and feel of the property reminds of a typical luxurious classic roman domus, the beds are extremely comfortable and the bathrooms are clean and spacious. There is also a kitchen with everything you may need for your stay. The location is excellent with a 15 min wall from the main attractions. Gianluca is an excellent host and a splendid person and will help with anything. A special thanks to him.

Great location for us, very near the Termini (train station), and very near the metro also. Also very near plenty of restaurants and cafes and gelato shops... if you are into that sort of thing! ;-) Gianluca took care of us at every turn, providing lots of information and direct access to him via WhatsApp. He always responded within just a moment or two.
