The location is great, amazing contact with the owner, beautiful room with all the amenities. Properly working WiFi, didn't hear much of the neighbours or other guests. Beautiful ceiling.

Great location within minutes walk to Roma Termini and close to all the main sites to see. Clean room with air conditioning and the balcony is charming. The property manager, Julia, provided us with helpful information ahead of and during our stay.

The location was brilliant; you can reach the accommodation from the train station in just a few minutes. Everything is easily accessible by train or on foot. Especially in the evenings, when you're still out in the city, the lovely paths invite you for a leisurely stroll. The Communication with the staff was via WhatsApp for us, and it worked flawlessly. The self-check-in process went smoothly. The windows effectively blocked out a lot of outside noise, allowing for a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere in the room. We would definitely choose this accommodation again during our next visit. Thank you!

The location. Love the concept; rooms but with a bit more. Not airbnb, not a hotel but almost a hotel without the unnecessary environment hotels offer! And so Roman! Lovely building and the rooms have amazing frescoes on the ceilings which makes them special. You really feel like you are in Rome in a special location. And the staff are amazing. They communicate and go out of their way to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.

It’s in a historic building and so had a real “Rome” feel about it - something you rarely get from big brand hotels. The location is excellent, 2 minutes walk to the underground to get anywhere fast but also within walkable distance of all the major sites (5-20 mins depending on which one you are going too. Very comfortable with quality linens, soaps etc provided. Very friendly and helpful staff.. lovely bakery and pizzeria just outside
