The loccation is at around 30 mn from city center by bus depending which bus you take. It is a good place to be. The flat is very good.

Rosana was a nice lady and has a lovely house. The Location is not in the city center but easily accessible by train and bus. You need to take a bus for 10 mins to get to Tiburtina and from there can go anywhere.
Perfect home away from home, with the most caring and lovely host.

The flat is absolutely lovely, home-like, and big. I enjoyed all the facilities - for cooking, resting outside in the terrace, and the washing machine. The owner went all the way to buy me a ventilator as it was too hot, and I really appreciate all the effort she put into accommodating me and solving the (minor) problems that came up. I would definitely stay there again, and I highly recommend it to everyone else.

In questa occasione eravamo alla ricerca di una buona sistemazione, vicina quelle delle nostre figlie, perché eravamo sul posto per la laurea di una delle 2. Casa Rosi è un bellissimo monolocale in zona tiburtina, collegato bene anche con i mezzi pubblici, al secondo piano, con ascensore, all'interno di un condominio. È prevista la biancheria da letto e bagno, c'è la fornitura di piatti, stoviglie, accessori e biancheria da cucina, c'è la disponibilità di thè e tisane che ho ben gradito per accompagnare il mio sonno un po' agitato per l'evento che ci aspettava. Spazioso e arioso per essere un monolocale. La proprietaria molto disponibile e gentile anche a coordinarsi con noi per il check in.
