Renter - 9; ready for please, but English communications only in written form Facilities - 9+: the only thing we missed was a large serrate knife for cutting bread Cleanliness - 10; flat is newly reconstructed and redecorated Comfort: 8; it tooks about 5 minutes after opening a tap until the water flow becomes warm Location: 10: silent place, but only 5-7 minutes by feet from two underground stations (central station Termini 7-8 stops, Colosseo 8-9 stops). In the same distance, there are supermarket, local market hall with large offer of excellent breads, good fruits, vegetables, cheeses and other foods, pizzeria and kebab. Parking in the backyard.

The only good thing about this stay is that it’s close to metro. The apartment is in a huge old residential building( but maybe that’s normal in a big city like Rome). The kitchen facilities are basic and the stoves are ancient. The dryer is super dusty with giant dust balls inside, impossible to use.
