This has been the best lodging in which I've stayed, and we have traveled a lot so it's not lightly that we've valued it as the best. Let's start with the host, Simone was very attentive and nice, he received us at the train station and took us to the apartment. He also provided us with all the required information regarding the apartment, the city and the area in which the apartment is located. A total genius :) The apartment has everything you need and more. It has an awesome distribution of the 3 main areas (kitchen-leaving room, bedroom and bathroom). All the details have been taken care for, equipment, decoration, comfort. Even though the apartment is not in the city center, it's very well located, only 5 blocks from the subway station and from there just some minutes to get to all the major city attractions as Subway A connects you to all the popular areas of the city. We actually enjoyed that it wasn't in the city center because the area is very quiet and nice at night, so you can relax after a long tourism day. Grazie mille Simone! Hope to be back soon!

We got 3 pro bono breakfast at the cafe next door. Our host was waiting for us with a bottle of wine and two cold beers, gave a full tour, and was always available whenever we had any questions. There is a 24/7 store just ~10 minutes away, right next to the subway.

I was so impressed by the kindness of the host. After we arrived at FCO airport, we were not able to reach the city center because of train cancellation. When we noticed this to the host, he calmed us and informed us about alternative transportation and even picked us up at Termini station. He even stored our luggages on the check-out day and brought luggages to us to Termini. Our travel on that day was so comfortable thanks to him. He was so warm-hearted and tried his best to provide best service for our comfortable stay. The room was super clean, everything was well equipped, and there were even board games to play. The location was also sound; we did not have any inconvinience regarding the location. Again, I was so satisfied with this accomodation because of the great room quality and friendly host, making my stay in Rome very comfortable and relieved. I sincerely and highly recommend this accomodation. And I want to say thank you again to the host! You are so sweet and kind! :)

I’ve stayed in several hundred apartments over years of traveling and this host is one of only 4 who truly go out their way to take care of their guests. He’s thought of everything for the comfort of guests. The apartment is attractive, comfortable and well-equipped. It's about a 10 minute walk to the metro which runs into the center of Rome. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay in Rome! Everything was really clean. There were some things we particularly appreciated, such as the breakfast at the cafe, all the small complimentary things (coffee, toiletries, etc). The fact that we could use a fully equipped kitchen was also amazing! Tip: have dinner at Grandma

- Simone est adorable, très réactif, très sympathique et accueillant: il est venu personnellement nous remettre les clés, j'ai demandé 2 clés car mon compagnon et moi n'avions pas prévu les mêmes activités, aucun problème. Nous avons été accueilli chaleureusement avec beaucoup plus que ce à quoi nous nous attendions : une bouteille de vin, du chocolat, des bouteilles d'eau généreusement offerts par Simone, ainsi que des cartes pour 2 petit-déjeuners (un cappuccino et une viennoiserie) dans une boulangerie du coin. Simone est un super hôte qui fait tout pour le confort de ses hôtes, il nous a envoyé toutes les informations utiles et ce qu'il y a à faire à Rome. J'avais des amies qui étaient avec moi au moment du check-in et qui ont eu un souci avec leur logement, Simone a pris le téléphone et discuté avec l'hôte en italien pour essayer de nous aider. Le dernier jour, notre vol a été annulé à cause de grèves à Orly, on a dû passer une nuit supplémentaire à Rome et Simone nous a sauvé la mise. C'est sans exagération que je peux affirmer que Simone est sans doute l'un des meilleurs hôtes que j'ai rencontrés lors de mes voyages. - Au-delà de ça, le logement est parfait: très spacieux et décoré avec goût, le lit est confortable, il y a tout le confort nécessaire : cuisine entièrement équipée (four, grille-pain, et même de quoi cuisiner: huile d'olive, sel, sucre, épices, etc...), salle de bain avec machine à laver (petit plus: il y a même un diffuseur pour les cheveux bouclés comme les miens). Bref, ce sont des petites attentions qui nous font nous sentir à la maison. Je ne peux que recommander aux visiteurs d'y aller les yeux fermés, vous ne serez pas déçu. Merci à Simone pour son accueil et son aide qui nous a permis de passer un excellent séjour malgré nos désagréments avec notre compagnie aérienne.

E' stato tutto perfetto all'arrivo abbiamo conosciuto Simone è stato gentilissimo e disponibile in tutto, casa stupenda riscaldata a pochi passi dalla metro, posto tranquillo, con molti confort ci ritorneremo sicuramente consigliatissimo.
