The apartment is great. All the 3 bedrooms, the 2 bathrooms, it's located in a great place of the city and it's kinda easy to go to most visited places from there. There is a very good bakery in there and a snack bar with delicious sandwiches and the staff is awesome. Dominic is one of the greatest hosts I've ever seen during my trips, really welcoming and friendly. It was a pleasant staying in Rome.
Great 3 days in Rome, and would definitely come again ad stay at Casa.

Casa ParticulART is a great option for couple of days in Rome. It has good location, and good value for money, even the first impression is not so great, because of not so nice environment on first sight. You are 15-20 minutes from the downtown by bus or tram and it goes very frequently. The room is big enough, clean, and has a bathroom, even though it is marked as outside bathroom on booking. Is also has shared kitchen with different amenities, and a shared patio with chairs and small tables to relax. In front of the Casa is great street food place, porcheta to recommend and the Termini station is 20 minutes walk or few stations by bus from Porta Maggiore.

Own bathroom in the room, comfortable bed, great location. Staff was very kind too. I had to study for exams and the desk was sufficient.

The place was very comfortable and accesible for transportations. It was clean and spacious, with A.C which is good for summer and it also has a Wifi and two rooms had a television.There is also a kitchen, where you can cook your own food. It is suitable for small or big groups, as well as for family. The Staff, mr. Domenico is very approachable, friendly and accomodating.

As a family of 6 we had an amazing stay! Very spacious three bedrooms, shower and a bath. Very close to the centrum with good connection of public transport. Host was very friendly en helpfull. Highly recommended! See you again soon!

Perfect location when visiting Rome and a safe place to park your car.

Good location, tram station close. Big apartment, two bathrooms and one kitchen, it can be divided in two apartment with shared kitchen. It's not far from Termini station, lots of restaurants in neighborhood. Easy depart, just leave keys and close door.
For the price great location 20 min from the centre, great and comfortable stay for 2 people.

We rented a room at this lovely place for 7 days. Room comes with your own private bathroom, kitchen is shared. Everything is well furnished. The owner is incredibly nice and accommodating :) Location is safe and very cost friendly, great restaurants and fast food nearby as well as supermarkets if you prefer to cook your own food in the kitchen, you can. Right in front is a tram stop that will take you 20 min to Colosseum and a direct tram to the Vatican. Major bus and train stations (for day trips out of Rome) are both in walking distance (20 min).

Great host: very helpful and nice, he takes directly care when something is not right during the stay moreover, the location is amazing - 20 min walking to the colosseum and just in front the tram station
