The apartment is very spacious and has big balcony. It is located in typical Rome residential area where rarely you can spot any tourist. Metro is 8 mins on foot, supermarket 2 mins. I was here with kids and the stay was very comfortable. What kids remember from stay at most is 'un cornetto con latte' - Italian breakfast included in the price served just nearby. The host is very polite and kind.

Clean, quiet and comfortable. The host responded very fast to the messages and phone call. The coffe shop just near the apartment building serves amazing coffee. Fruit shop, supermarket, caffes are very close.
Apartment near Palasport is fantastic if going to a concert

A lovely, clean, and spacious apartment. Although we did not use the kitchen for cooking, there was everything necessary to whip up a meal - pans, plates, utensils, and a microwave. There are two large bathrooms, one with a bath and the other with a shower. There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Only 10 minutes walk from Laurentina metro station and 20 minutes from Palasport where we went to see a concert. After a mix-up with booking.com regarding a supposed overbooking, I got a call from the owner, Ms Delia, who assured me the booking was confirmed. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and great if you're attending a concert at the Palasport. It's also easy to get to from Termini if you want to go sightseeing.

Italian breakfast consists cappuccino or espresso and croiassan or cake ! I ask the staff - better informations for visitors about breakfasts. Wonderful and safe place for accomodation, near the metro station.

La casa es preciosa y muy amplia y con una limpieza excepcional, completamente amueblada y con todo tipo de artículos de limpieza, cocina y cuidado personal. La terraza es enorme y le da mucha claridad al piso.

A fost o locatie frumoasa , intr-o zona linistita. Un apartament mare , doua dormitoare si doua bai, un living cu o masa mare, televizor si o canapea, ideal pentru o familie mai mare sau doua familii. Foarte aproape de metrou cu care puteai ajunge oriunde in Roma. De asemenea in fata blocului este o statie de autobuz . Daca iei autobuzul 74 sau 72 ajungi la metrou , in cazul in care nu mergi pe jos. Se merge o statie , sau doua. Apartamentul are o terasa imensa foarte frumoasa pentru a sta seara . Bucataria este dotata cu absolut tot ceea ce ai nevoie in cazul in care alegi sa iti gatesti. Imediat langa se afla pizzerii, marketuri, gelaterie, sau locuri unde se poate bea o cafea si manca produse de patiserie. Tot aici se serveste micul dejun care consta intr-o cafea si un croisant. Gazda este foarte amabila.â si va rezolva orice problema ar putea aparea.

Apartment îngrijit, spațios, bine utilat. Până la stația de metrou sunt 5-7 minute pe jos. De la Aeroportul Ciampino puteți lua autobuzul 720 până la ultima stație Laurentino. De aici 5-7 minute până la locație.Am cumpărat abonament pentru toate tipurile de transport la preț de 18 euro pentru 72 ore. Cu acest abonament va deplasați ușor spre toate locurile istorice, inclusiv spre Aeroport. Micul dejun constă din croissant și cafea sau capucino. Recomand cu drag!😉
