Very quaint B&B with a perfect location near the Spanish Steps. The breakfast area was great with 24/7 access to light drinks and snacks.

Casa Fabbrini has very convenient location! Right next to Spanish steps, and very close to Trevi Fountain. Also restaurants are just around the corner. The house itself has such a cool vibe, all the wooden beams and wooden ceiling! The staff was welcoming, helped us with luggage, booked the taxi to the airport etc. Sharing kitchen upstairs with constant supply of cakes and treats was a special touch!
Perfect stay for my family, centrally located, clean and charming and Karl was awesome from check in to breakfast!

Breakfast, is great. Very relaxing with super staff preparing and serving lovely food. Really quit rooms in the middle of the old town within easy walking distance to the cities major attractions.

Fabulous location with a lovely friendly atmosphere. The breakfast area is super cute with tables to share and chat with fellow travellers. Nice size rooms for central city location and surprisingly good showers in a property over 500 years old. Shopaholics will love the location as all the shops just a 2 minute walk away. Equally music lovers will love listening to musicians warming up in the conservatoire next door. Opera scales being practiced as we are afternoon tea was a lovely memory.

The stuff was very nice, professional and helpful with excellent cooking and baking skills. It was so nice to be able to have unlimited cakes, fruit and drinks all through the day and night. The location was close to interest points and quiet small street.
