We had a long journey with my girlfriend and this place was the best. You just need to stay there to understand how perfect this place. Dispute that I am a tall person (2 meters) the appointment was comfortable for me. Luca and Donatella are super hosts. They help us to find apartment and were kind to us. The location of this place is also good. 10 minutes to metro station. The opportunity to have a breakfast on roof is glorious. I strongly recommend this place.

Good Wi-Fi, kitchen appliances, oven, dishwasher, bathroom accessories. The apartment is simply great and we really enjoyed our stay! It is well equipped with everything needed, really spacious for two persons, modern but also cozy, and the nice little terrace overlooking the neighbourhood is a big plus! The surrounding area is quite and residential, with some nice restaurants, pizzerias, cafeterias nearby. The walking distance to Battistini metro station is 5 minutes and from there you go to Rome's historic centre in less than 15 minutes. The biggest advantage is Donatella's and her husband's kindness and friendliness. As hosts they really make you feel at home and try to respond to all your questions and needs since they live in the apartment downstairs. We arrived a bit late in the evening (around 10 pm) and they didn't hesitate to wait for us for check-in and to give us tips for some local restaurants still open for dinner. I would love to stay again at this place when I come back to beautiful Rome in the future!

A 10' à pieds de la station Battistini. A 1' à pied d'un arrêt de bus permettant de rejoindre le métro. Logement très bien équipé et très agréable à vivre. Très bien pour les aliments et les ingrédients mis a disposition pour le petit déjeuner et pour cuisiner.
Ideal para conocer de verdad Roma y vivir como en tu casa.

La tranquilidad del apartamento es algo que valoro mucho y en pocos he estado tan tranquilo y a gusto como en este. Además, una cocina completamente equipada, incluso con horno. El baño con todas las comodidades y un salón espectacular para descansar un poco después de pasar el día recorriendo Roma. Realmente sorprendido de la calidad y los detalles del apartamento. Como en casa. De los mejores lugares en los que he estado. Además de todo esto, el apartamento está a unos pocos minutos del metro y al lado de un montón de líneas de autobús. Muy cerca hay también supermercados, restaurantes y cafés. Para conocer Roma de verdad.

Ben posizionata, ottima zona, nella Vicinanze c’è di tutto compresi bar ristoranti e supermarket, e Casetta molto carina e calorosa, proprietaria molto gentile disponibile anche a soddisfare le nostre richieste, la casa presentava tutti i comfort, il salotto comodissimo, la tv Smart cn pay tv compresa.

로마의 주요 관광지를 지나가는 A라인 종착역에서 도보 10분 거리, 집 바로 앞 버스 정류장에는 시내까지 한번에 가는 버스가 정차해서 어디든 이동하기 좋아요. 뛰어난 미적 감각이 느껴지는 멋진 공간은 청결하게 관리된 덕분에 정말 내 집 같은 기분으로 편하게 쉴 수 있었어요. 게다가 주방 조리 도구부터 화장실 소모품 및 그 밖에 다양한 생활 용품들까지 완벽하게 갖춰져 있어 서 세심한 배려를 느낄 수 있었어요. 친절한 주인분들께 정말 감사해요~ :) 덕분에 로마에서 좋은 추억을 쌓았습니다.

Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt. Sie war mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet Die Lage fanden wir auch sehr gut. Etwas außerhalb der Stadt aber mit guter Anbindung. Der Bus fuhr direkt vor dem Haus und auch zur Metro war es nur ein kurzer Spaziergang. Donatella war die perfekte Gastgeberin. Unaufdringlich aber immer sofort erreichbar. Es gab sogar eine Aufmerksamkeit zum Geburtstag meines Mannes. Das hat uns sehr gefreut. Wir können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und würden diese sofort wieder wählen, wenn wir wieder in Rom sind.
