The location was perfect for sight seeing all of the sights in Rome as well as getting to the metro for when you want to get around. Being so close to termini station means you can really get anywhere with minimal walking. The property was taken care of daily so it never felt dirty. The staff does a wonderful job all around. And on top of all of that Marta goes the extra mile in answering any question you may have. One day I wanted to go to the beach and she let me know which beaches were the best and which ones to stay away from.

Marta was a very welcoming host who gave us a detailed orientation to the area upon our arrival and was available for any questions or requests by WhatsApp. The pastries in the morning were plentiful and delicious. There was milk and water left in fridge for us. Bed was comfy. Extra pillows were provided. Loved the vibe of the nearby neighborhood of Monti, especially for eating. Cavour metro station very close for access to Vatican, Spanish steps or Trevi areas. We walked everywhere except for Vatican. Lots of miles and a few blisters. Most convenient to Termini and ancient Rome sites. Best suited for travelers who don’t require fancy accommodations but who appreciate authentic and are a little adventurous. Grazie mille Marta!

Very good location, everything can be reached in 15-20 minutes by foot. Host very neat and clean. Marta and her colleague Manuele are very good hosts, they can help and advise on everything. Thank them for everything.

Everything was as expected. All previous visitors prepared us for the great choice of this hotel. Marta was a wonderful hostess and always by our side to cover all our needs. The room was big and clean with ensuite bathroom and covered all our basic needs. The bed mattress was very comfortable as well. There was a common kitchen that we could use. There was free coffee, milk, water, croissants, cake and marmalades we could use for breakfast. Would recommend it for anyone who is looking for a value for money hotel, clean rooms, great service and ideal location - near the Colosseum and metro/train station.
