It’s located in a really good location, you can reach Termini Station in about 4min, city centre in 15min. The room is nice and clean, very comfortable beds, with proper blankets. The room is minimalistic but well equipped: fridge, teapot, little nespresso machine and coffee, TV (although we never used it). Surprisingly, there was always hot water in the shower (and this is not always the case in Italy). Room cleaning, if you want, is done every day. Also the staff is always responding to the questions, welcomed us with cold water (there were some left in our room as well), helped to bring our luggages up (because there’s no elevator), on the last day they, after the check-out they even let us to leave our luggages till we were in the city centre waiting for our flight (with no additional cost). Would recommend to anyone coming to visit Rome☺️

The location is excellent - we walked to many of Rome’s main attractions and there is a beautiful basilica right outside the apartment. Check in was easy and convenient. Simple but adequate accommodation and amenities - we had everything we needed/expected including a mini fridge and metal electric tea kettle. Management was responsive and helpful.

I can truly say that everything was perfect. Room was extremly clean with comfortable beds and fresh white linen. Great location: 7 minutes from Roma termini, 20 minutes from Forum Romanum. Great caffes and restaurants nearby. Hosts were very nice and helpful.
