An amazing place to stay in Rome. The whole apartment is clean, quiet, full of air. Equipped with everything neccessary: a wide sofa in the bedroom, a sofa in the living room and all the kitchen appliences in the kitchen if you prefer home cooked food. The bathroom is spacious and smells nice. The host is very accurate and hospitable. She also speaks few languages, including English.

Our stay at Betterplace was most enjoyable. Tatiana's attention to detail was excellent. The apartment was spacious, nicely decorated, and extremely clean as seen in the pictures. Tatiana was so friendly and easily contactable. The location was very good 10 minutes to Roma Termini and a 30-minute walk to Rome's main tourist attraction. There are lots of quaint restaurants around to enjoy true Italian cuisine.

This accommodation was excellent. First glance of the area on line was a bit concerning because of the graffiti (something we are not used too) but this proved to be irrelevant, as this is everywhere you go. Once inside it was very quite and peaceful. There was adequate kitchen items for our needs.
We stayed three days, couple with a three year old. the apartment has absolutely everything.

Brilliant host, 18 minutes from Termini. The first time I stayed in an apartment I usually chose hotels. The owner was nice and gave me a lift to Termini.

This place is wonderful. We got everything we need and more. Everything was thought out to the smallest detail - very clean and newly renovated. The host was very welcoming. The location is also good, walkable distance from Roma Termini, lots of restaurants, bars and supermarkets in the neighborhood. Only best recommendations!

The apartment was fully furnished with everything you might need. The host was very helpful and polite. We realised that in the neighbourhood there are some nice local bars and restaurants. The only tricky part was commuting to the city centre... You could either walk to the main train station but it's not that safe in the evening or get the bus nr 71.

Mieliśmy problem z transportem z lotniska, a gospodarze wyjechali po nas na dworzec po północy. Dzięki ich uprzejmości ten wieczór nie był dla nas tragedią. Mieszkanie wyposażone we wszystko, co można sobie wyobrazić. Nawet Netflix, a telewizja z mnóstwem kanałów. Łóżko wyjątkowo wygodne. Lokalizacja wyjątkowo dogodna, stosunkowo blisko centrum, a jednak cicho i spokojnie. Troszkę na uboczu, ale bezpiecznie. W okolicy mnóstwo barów i restauracji. Najlepszy apartament, jaki do tej pory wynajmowaliśmy. Polecamy!

Todo fenomenal. Súper limpio. Hubo un problema con la cerradura y vinieron en dos horas arreglarlo. En la cocina dispones de todo el menaje necesario. No falta detalle hasta báscula para pesar maletas, botiquín, etc. Tatiana es un encanto y te ayuda en todo lo que necesitas
