We really enjoyed our time in Rome and had a great start into the day with their delicious coffee. The apartments are small and cozy, the location is at a 3 minute walk of the S. Pietro train station and 5 minute walk to Vatican City. Our room was cleaned everyday and everyone was really nice and kind to us.

Location. Just far enough away from all the tourist traps but close enough to walk too them if you want. Friendly staff. Comfortable bed. Not many facilities in the room (Small TV with no English speaking channels and a dodgy remote) but then you don't go to Rome to watch the telly! Everything was surprising starting from the beginning.. This place is located near Vatican, close to bus stations and minimarkets and surrounded by nice and cosy restaurants. We walked most of the time, but there are several bus lines that leave you almost in front of the B&B. The room was comfortable, warmy and very clean. Cleaning was done every day and towels were changed every 2 days. The breakfast wasn't so various, but we liked it, it was simple and the host made us every day a great coffee and cappuccino. Cheers! They have the possibility to store the luggages if needed. Also the host recommended us some restaurants for New Year's Eve dinner. For sure we will stay here if we will be back in Rome sometime and we recommend it if you are looking for a place to stay in a safe area near the city center.
