The owner's behavior was very polite, helped us with some useful tips for visiting Rome attractions. Even packed us the breakfast as we had an early checkout, grateful for that. The room was big, spacious enough for a couple, excellent bed condition, even had another spare one. Even though the building looked vintage, the room amenities were all modern. The private bathroom was just in front of the room beside the corridor which was not a very big problem. And the most important point is the location, just a minute walk to the nearest metro A line station Vittorio Emanuele. Recommend it with a 10/10 rating.

We were looking for conveniently located budget friendly place to stay in Roma and we got exactly that. Check-in was alright. Our room was big and clean, equipped with TV. Bed was okay, too. We got enough clean towels. The bathroom (private but external) was clean, there was soap, hairdryer. Common area with big fridge and kitchen was accessible in the B&B. Our host was kind. Location is truly great! We loved the typical Italian breakfast. It was provided in a cosy cafe just around the corner. The place had exceptionally good coffee and homemade brioches. A lot of locals got their breakfast there everyday so we loved the atmosphere, too. Overall I highly recommend this place for travellers who want to explore Roma from central location on budget and need a place to stay at for the night. It is a good place to sleep at, you can easily walk to Colloseum and other monuments, beautiful basilica S. Maria Maggiore is just steps away.
