Amazing location, host and breakfast.

location was ideal, so close to the train station for easy access to all trains and airport (via Leonardo express). Although located on the same street as the train station, rooms are located near an inner courtyard and are very quiet. Severine is an amazing host, her recommendations, tips guidance made our short stay a success. She was so sweet and thoughtful toward our you g children and made the most generous and delicious breakfasts. we will be back for sure.

The generous breakfast was served on a little trolley in our room. The location was excellent, being right next to Termini station. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the host Severine was very friendly and helpful.

Best location to visit Roma, just 3 minutes walk to Termini station. Room and facilities are kept clean and very well maintained. Owner`s response to messages are very kind and quick.

Literally right opposite Roma Termini train station - this location can’t be beat! Clean and comfortable room with a nice host, who delivers breakfast (juice, coffee/tea, pastries, yoghurt, etc) at exactly the agreed time to your room every morning. Many food places in the area too, with souvenir shops and an ATM downstairs if you need them
