It’s extremely central with the regional train station of Tuscolano 2 minutes away accessible from Fiumicino airport, and PuntoLungo Metro 10 minutes away. The property is a brilliant no frills accommodation, clean, bright and airy and even the shared bathroom was not a hardship. There are at least to superb supermarkets to buy necessities from. Very pet friendly a big plus point and also adequate tea and coffee making facilities.

It was a comfortable, quiet and very accessible retreat in between my sightseeing sessions. I slept well and could make my own breakfast in the room, thanks to the fridge, microwave oven and the great supermarket a few blocks away (close to the metro station). Trains to/from the airport depart every 15 minutes and the train station is two minutes away on foot. Walking to the metro took less than five minutes.
Nice quiet place in central area in Rome.

The host was friendly, the location was super, nearby train station, bus station and 10 mins walk from subway. The room was spacious, had fridge, microwave, big garderobe and air conditioner. The room was very quite even on such central and loud street.

The location is excellent, 1 minute walk away from Roma Tuscolana station (with connection to Fiumcino) and 5 minutes to Metro A station Ponte Lungo. Room has effectice air conditioning, and metallic shutters can make room properly dark and quiet for the night. The room has a big fridge.

Really close to metro (Ponte Lungo) and shops (Pewex and Todis). Apart from cafeterias nearby I would also recommend self-service laundry place if you staying for longer and don't like to take a ton of clothes with you (Lavenderia Speed Queen is just around corner) - very useful stuff with drying option for reasonable price. Also if you would stay at this B&B please consider taking trains. There is not only good connection to Ostia, but also to city center (going from Tuscolana to Ostiense allows to avoid heavy traffic and you can travel in regio trains with same tickets as in buses). Reading comments before picking this B&B, I've noticed many remarks about hot water - please note that water is heated by gas boiler, so sometimes it is indeed required to turn on the tap and check temperature before you are ready to go. Room was cleaned on pretty much regular basis and we have received fresh towels on the request.
