The place is around 10 mins distance from Cipro station. It has shared kitchen and dining room, but I didn’t use it though. To my surprise, the handspray is provided in the toilet. So, it is very convenient after using toilet. The Honduras lady who welcomed us was very friendly.

The location of the property is fantastic. The included breakfast is amazing , one croissant and one coffee. Staff were very friendly and very accommodating. The bed was very comfortable and tv had lots of stations.

Our trip to Rome started terrible with a delayed flight and us being misled by google maps. as a result we arrived almost at midnight with a 2 y.o. baby (big thanks to Doriana and her husband who were so nice and eventually came to pick us up with a car!!!). The room was quite spacious, the kitchen had everything we needed (due to raveling with a baby we had to cook ourselves quite a few times). In the walking distance you will find multiple bus stops for easy access to city center. Vatican 20 min on foot, Roma S.Pietro train station 30 min on foot, closest metro - Cipro or Ottaviano (10-12 min on foot), you can reach Main train station Roma Termini within 40min, probably even faster if you are not traveling with a crying baby in the stroller :) Amazing gelateria just around the corner and multiple authentic non-touristic restaurants within 3-5 min walk. Breakfst included a coffee and a piece of pastry, which was just enough for us or if we wanted extra, we would usually pay on top for the overage (but the place was not expensive anyways). I should mention, the place was quite pleasant and is not a bar at all (as many were saying here in the comments), but more of the cafe. Bottom line - perfect place to stay for the value it offers!

The property was clean, location is good and in the safe neighbour. there is a bus station and cafes in front of the main building. for breakfast you have to go to the cafe which serves 1 cafe and 1 fresh crousan. cafe vibe is very good. Also, try the ice creams in the store which js located in the intersection near the building.

Beautiful apartment, good location - only 15min walking to the Vatican. Lovely host, even though she didn't speak English, but we understood everything.
