Location is perfect. Room is very big and everything is clean.

Very short but pleasant stay. Room was cosy and both the room and the common area had interesting decoration. Room was quiet and clean. Host is very friendly, she waited for us even though we were late. Breakfast was good and we could have left our bags in and get them later. I would definitely stay there again for longer

AnnaMaria is a wonderful host. She's so friendly and accommodating. Her property is a true gem in Rome. The rooms were comfortable, very clean and well equipped. The WiFi worked throughout. She had warned it could be a little patchy due to the thick walls of the property. We had no issues at all though. I can't comment on breakfast because we decided to be very lazy and sort ourselves out. The host was happy to offer and look after us if we needed though. Our room looked out on to a busy Monti street but at night it was so quiet and peaceful. The location is superb. You go ten minutes one way and you are at the main Roma Termini train station. There's a metro at the end of Via Urbana either. Or you can walk the other direction and suddenly you're out on to the Roman Forum and the Colosseum. I cannot recommend this property and host highly enough. Absolutely brilliant. And the true star of the show - her lovely little Yorkie came out to say hello and get belly rubs.

One of the best places I stayed! The exceptional place, with ancient-modern vibes, our room was big with exceptional cleanisess and even a small tasty breakfast, Anna-Marie and her lovely dog made our stay in Rome a dream.

We enjoyed our stay at Annamaria’s home. It’s beautifully decorated, clean and very well taken care of. The rooms are spacious, filled with everything that you need and cleaned every day. The location couldn’t be better - it’s close to all the attractions and close to termini station (fast trains to the airport, other Italian cities, crossing of the two main metro lines). There are many options for breakfast - cheese, ham, cookies, yogurt,… most of the other food is available all the time for you to take with you on your adventures. Annamaria was very nice and helpful. It was easy to communicate with her. She even let us leave our luggage after our check out (we collected it later that day) - made our last day much more enjoyable and we appreciate it very much. All in all - would recommend and will recommend to all my friends and family if they ever travel to Rome.
