Staff and location was great, but the beds would be a deal breaker for me to stay there again.

the location was great- close to the train station and within walking distance to a lot of attractions and cafes. The staff was very helpful and the bathroom was quite big with a good shower.

We like that the staff was very helpful. He recommended places to go and to eat without even having to ask. 😊 You can see that the room was a bit old but very clean. Since the price wasn’t really high, we didn’t expect them to clean the room for the second day but they did which we really appreciated. There were soap and shampoo for us. The location is really good, only few minutes to the train station.

I was surprise for good about the accomodation ;) The location is great just near the main station in Rome and next to tram and bus stop. I didn´t feel any danger walking there bu night. The room is good, spacious and have everything you need. The kitched has microwave, keetle, coffee machine, fridge... and coffee and tea are provided They clean our room the next day and change towels

Very good location. Sweet old lady taking care of things does not speak english but it is possible to communicate with her. Rooms are clean but a little worn out, you get small shampoo and soap packages, there are dishes, microwave and electrical kettle in common space for use

Very good Location, 2 minutes walk from the trem terminal. Clean and organized rooms. Big bathroom for Europe style. The receptionist is the most nice guy in the world. My son and I LOVE IT.

Despite some bad reviews we decided to stay here. They were very friendly & welcoming! The lady that didnt speak English instantly found a way via Google Translate so it wasn‘t a problem at all! The facilities were simple and comfortable all in all everything we needed for a couple of days! :)
