Located directly opposite the Coliseum in the centre of Rome, B&B First Floor offers air-conditioned rooms with free Wi-Fi. Soundproofed, all rooms at the B&B First Floor have either a balcony or a view of the Coliseum. Each includes a safe, flat-screen TV and fridge. The property does not have a lift. The place is very near (across the street) from the Colosseum. So the location is absolutely fantastic! We took the metro to Colosseo station, and the hotel is within walking distance. The restaurant/bar (Coming out) is great for food. The staff is very friendly. There are a lot of other restaurants nearby and tiny markets to buy breakfast/fruit etc. (just walk away from Colosseo on the same street as the hotel). The rooms are quiet and clean. The bed is comfortable. The bathroom has a heating rack for towels, which we used for handwashing some clothes (we were in a pinch).

This little boutique is a rare gem. Anyone who is LGBTQ or has friends and family of loving LGBTQ would love to stay here and experience the fantastic location, the fantastic staff and the fantastic bar and restaurant downstairs. After a month's stay in Italy, this was our last destination and it was more than we expected. A really big shout out to the staff - Alex, SANTINA, ROSEANGELA, Paco, LEONARDO, Gaetano and Michael. The staff was friendly and provided great service. We ate and drank there 3 times in our 3 night stay. BRAVO!

Incredible location - right beside the colosseum and Roman Forum, 30 seconds from a tram stop and a few minutes from a metro stop. Lots of good restaurants in the area. Staff were great - they let us leave our bags in the hotel before check-in and after checkout so we could go exploring. We'd 100% stay here again.
