It was fantastic! Unbelievable! What we saw through the window - enchanted - St. John Lateran Church. Flavijays theater - Coliseum - only 8 minutes away. All historical sites are within walking distance. The place to stay is ideal, comfortable, quiet, safe. The administrator, Gabriella, is extremely helpful and sweet. We felt really welcome guests.

Lovely hostess, happy to share with you information about Rome. The room is close to the metro. Also easy to reach the center and attractions on foot. Beautiful view from the window. The rooms are large and spacious. The bathroom was separate, but only we used it. Cleaning was every day. Near the reception you could use a kettle, there was tea and capsule coffee machine (capsules paid), there were also plastic cups (not very convenient for hot drinks).

The BB is very well situated - close to the metro San Giovanni station, but you can easily walk everywhere, the coloseum was like 20 minutes. Gabriela, the host, was very friendly and gave us good tips. The room had a perfect view, was very clean and the bed was quiet comfy.

Excellent location, with easy access to the Metro and walking distance to the historic centre of Rome. The neighbourhood is quiet and safe. The owner was very kind, helpful and friendly, and gave me valuable tips for travelling around Rome.

Gabi is a really kind woman. She was very comprehensive with us, because our flight was delayed about 1 hour and we arrived late at night at her apartment. We'd paid a fine for that, but that's OK. The location is amazing! We had to walk just 10-15 minutes to Colosseum.

very clean, had hairdryer. good location once you know the buses as well as metro, amazing 24 hour “foodie” cafe within 2 mins. caffe l’800 on walk to coliseum. good about early check in and leaving bags after check out.
