Perfect location a couple of minutes from the metro station and a shopping mall with a great grocery store. Amazing and friendly host Adriano who was very helpful and recommended some good places to visit and helped with our queries. The apartment is spacious and cozy, with 2 balconies and everything needed in the kitchen and bathroom. Our stay was in the middle of February, but the heating system made the temperature in the apartment comfortable.

The best feature about this apartment is its size and location. It is very spacious and very close to the department store with a well stocked grocery. The host, Adriano, was very responsive and helpful.

The apartment is located right in front of a metro station that is super close to the Vatican, Termini, and the city center. It is also located closed to a shopping mall with a supermarket to buy food, etc. The apparent is nice; everything was clean and well maintained. Excellent host.

I choose this apartment due to fact that it is very close to Valle Aurelia Metro station (Line A, the red one). Apartment is 200m from this metro station or 2 minute by walk. One of the main reason to visit Rome was to visit Vatican, Vatican museum and Sistine Chapel. This sightseeing location is 2 metro station from apartments. Aura shopping centre is also close to apartment, I did not use it but my wife and daughter went there every day :-). With close Metro all other sightseeing locations are close; Piazza del Popolo, Spanish steps, Coloseum, Foro Romano etc. The apartment is very spacious, 4 of us was but there is a space for 5 persons. Temperature was 38-40 C during our stay but we did not use air condition (although the apartment has it) not even once because if you open all the windows from terraces/balconies (two of them, on from living room, other from sleeping room) you will make natural circulation of air. Bathing in shower was great, we had always hot water with excellent pressure. Double bad and two sofa beds - excellent feeling for sleeping. Kitchen has all you need.
A great place with some issues

We chose this apartment due to its proximity to the Vatican Museum, which was 20 minutes away on foot. A shopping centre called Aura was 5 minutes away. There's a Metro Line A station nearby and a regional train (FL3) to Trastevere and Ostiense train stations. The building has an elevator and the apartment (on the first floor - one above ground floor) is spacious and quiet and has balconies. We liked the shower, which had plenty of hot water and good pressure. It was pleasant to return to this apartment at the end of a day out in the city. The weather was quite cool, so we have no comment on the air conditioning.

Location, parking in front of the building. Supermarket and metro station less than 3 minutes on foot. Surrounding is also very nice, shopping mall with huge supermarket right across street. Restaurants and small shops nearby. Apartments was very good, spacious and clean. Has everything needed for a pleasant stay. Host was extremely helpful, providing all necessary information to us.
