Super clean. The rooms are not terribly huge but can’t beat the location for walkability to restaurants and sights. The service can’t be beat though - the concierge staff are incredibly helpful and thorough will all questions and inquiries. Definitely a cute, clean and convenient place to stay in Rome!

Harry, The attendant at reception was so nice! We had never been to Rome before. He took the time to show us a map of the city and highlight/circle sights and give suggestions. He answered our many questions and took the time to look up info on the computer for us. We are American and had never been to Rome. He gave us a tour of the rooms and explained the key entry process and use of lights using the room key which is not the same in America. The rooms were modern and very clean. Bright and spacious. Each floor has a shared common area which was a nice feature also not typical in America. The common area was roomy with a table, couch, TV and comfy chairs.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the beds were very comfortable, the room was exceptionally clean and had everything we needed. It was a lovely peaceful location but only a short walk to the trains and buses. Harry and his staff were extremely helpful. The antique lift is quite unique, we loved it.
