The location of this property was very good. Very close to the coliseum. It was very safe as it was in an enclosed apartment complex and the apartment had everything you needed. Massimo was extremely helpful with anything we needed and would definitely stay here again. You are within walking distance of most things and you are also close to metro which brings you to all tourist attractions

Massimo is the best host in Rome, very kind, he gave us tips for excellent restaurants with a reasonable price near the accommodation. The accommodation is excellent, very clean, nothing exclusive but quite enough for normal people, close to the Colosseum and all the sights in the city center, it is possible to visit all the sights on foot without any problems, the metro station is also 5 minutes away on foot. For a stay of a few days very comfortable in an excellent place at a reasonable price.

Very spacious apartment in an excellent location, literally on doorstep of Colosseum & a pleasant walk to all the other major Roma landmarks with lots of delicious eateries & gelato places en route. Train Station very close plus lots of nice cafes & restaurants close by. Fully equipped apartment has high ceilings, modern decor & very clean in a secure & quiet building in the heart of Ancient Rome. Owned & managed by very nice people, both Daniella & Massimo were very helpful from start to finish. Massimo is exceptional-very friendly, always responsive & genuinely wants to do everything to ensure your stay in Rome is First Class. As a family of four we were very comfortable here & is by far the best place we’ve stayed in Rome. We are already looking forward to our next stay at this apartment-it was brilliant!

Massimo contacted me beforehand and made life so easy with recommendations on airport transport (Terravision). Location was amazing and the little square nearby had a great breakfast cafe. On the one rainy day we took advantage and used the large TV and sky sports.
