I like the room and hospitality. Everything was as said in Google. Spacious room,seperate kitchen. Our trip went well with the accomdation.

It was big room . Comfortable bed and mattress Calm area and close to Metro. Close to Termini train station Nice and clean kitchen Balcony for people who smoke Elevator at the building. Very kind staff. He waited for us next to the main door I recommend this hotel

-Room was very clean, spotless modern bathroom, the towels were fresh, body soap was provided, air conditioned -the size of our room was fine, we loved the sockets next to the headboard (which many Bnbs do not offer), the room was the same as described in the pictures -The property is on the fifth floor of an Italian apartment building with elevator access, we felt very safe in the building, the neighborhood is very safe since there are embassies right across the street, there were even armed guards patrolling 24/7 so this is the safest area in Rome, we could walk around at midnight and we still felt very safe -3 minute walk from the nearest Line B station and one station away from Termini -So many great restaurants nearby with no lines, when we stayed we always dined nearby, the nearest supermarket is 1 minute away, excellent location -Very quiet apartment, overall excellent value

Comfortable stay in a spacious room. Great location, wonderful little kitchen, balcony. Coffee machine with a supply of capsules. Polite staff. But the most remarkable thing is the orthopedic memory mattresses and pillows. Even on the sofa it was wonderful to sleep. Thank you for your comfort and care.

Nice tidy room close to the central train station. Shared cooking facilities, but only being there for 3 days we were eating out anyway. We enjoyed our stay here.

Friendly staff, both Antonio and the Peruvian workers, and good communication via Whatsapp - The room was clean and had a good view of the city. Well equipped Kitchen and centrally located near the train station. Let me store my bags until late in the evening - Would recommend!

A big room in a small apart hotel in superb location

The size of the room for this price (we had a discount in March) is relatevely big Location is superb - a quiet street 10 min walking from Terminin station and 15 min from the Opera. Antonio was willing to help and answered within a minute. There is a shared kitchen with everything you need including coffee machine.
