The staff were courteous, polite and helpful. Being so close to Termini yet far enough outside of the tourist trap areas made the nearby restaurants and shops very affordable. All in all a very satisfactory stay.

The location is perfect for exploring the city, it's a very vibrant neighborhood, and many bars and restaurants are nearby. The staff is welcoming and kind. Room cleaning services are available every day.

We didn't spend a lot of time at the hotel, we were mostly out during the day and only came home at night. The location was perfect for visiting, very close to Termini Station and a 15-minute walk from Sapienza University. The room was clean and quiet even though a pub was nearby. The staff helped us when we had any requests. AC was functional and we had warm water for showering at any hour of the day. The bathroom was a bit small with old furniture, but very clean. We were given shampoo and soap daily, never ran out of toilet paper, and towels were changed regularly.

Located a walkable distance from Centrale Station in Rome. Because of this it is close to many restaurants and bars. Windows had multiple different layers of darkness (glass, shutters, blackout layer) and also had good lighting in the room itself. Bathroom was good overall (decent shower pressure + water temp)
