Fantastic place to stay in central Rome!

I had an amazing experience at AMM Luxury Rooms. I stayed for a few days and I was pleasantly surprised. Really central, clean, quiet and easy to reach with public transport. The décor is fantastic with high ceiling and really comfortable beds, I slept really well after wandering around Rome all day. The owner was really friendly and professional, ready to accomodate my needs and really helpful. I definitely recommend it and will surely return.

Friendly host who waited longer for us to arrive due to the delayed flight. Location was good, we reached everything by foot. Room was clean and decorated.

The room and the bathroom was clean, the arch painted ceiling was truly special, very barocco like a piece of Rome's cathedrals in your room. Good value for money and the location was good for us because it was close to the train station.

Everything. Locations is great - 1 minute walk from a subway, and 20 from the main railway. Very clean, awesome bathroom, cozy and yet very stylish room. Avocados and bananas growing in the inner yard, making a great place to sit at night with a bottle while having a conversation. The host was very cheerful and the only time we saw him was during check-in. I have no idea why this place was so cheap to rent.

Although it was a room in an apartment complex, it felt very private and safe. Multiple keys were required to get into the actual unit. The building had a back exit through a pretty garden for added convenience. It would be helpful to let people know it is in a non-descript door. The room itself was spotless with many thoughtful elements - free coffee, tea, water, wine, other refrigerated drinks and even some chocolate. Mattia was an excellent host and provided much information - where to eat and where to go. He even offered to pick up some ice for my sprained ankle.
Perfect quiet apartment in Rome

Excellent apartment, well located, modern, safe, quiet, very good AC and large bathroom. The owner was flexible (we arrived on different flights and they came twice to give us the keys). Apparently they own 3 or 4 apartments next to each other in this large building. FYI - at least one other (larger) rental in the same building is available through AirBnb.
This was a last minute booking and everything went smoothly.

The location was excellent for my needs - close to Sapienza university and with great public transport connections. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The room was of a good size and very clean. Great value for Rome.
