It is fantastic, cleanliness, staff, location, facilities. I really liked. It has a small kitchen with a microwave, a kettle to heat water and a fridge. It's excellent because it makes preparing breakfast easier. The cleaning lady is very helpful. I also really liked the bathroom in the room. Thank you very much

To be clear, there is no breakfast so this is just a B not a B&B. But it suited us just fine as we only planned to sleep there and spend the days out and about. There is no staff, it’s self checkin, which worked fine. There were enough towels and toilet paper, but glad we brought extra toiletries. It’s not luxurious, but you get what you paid for. Good for budget-friendly travelers in Rome.

Location is excellent, close to Metro and Termini. Plus for fridge in the room but was not cleaned after guests, we found old and very 'aromatic' cheeses inside. Automatic check in and check out is very good option, gives you full autonomy. Nice and big towels.
No wi fi and no signal. Very cheap but would not come back.

The room itself was very clean, the bathroom not so much…there is no breakfast. The location is very good, 2 mins from metro station.
Great location right beside the train station, but would not stay again. The photos advertised are completely different
