This apartment was the perfect choice. It is well equipped with everything needed. All of the utensils and devices are of high quality. The apartment looks new, perfectly clean, and it looks as shown in the pictures, even better in reality! It is very cozy. The apartment is located in an area that is quiet and safe. There are various markets and restaurants. The nearest market is only 150 meters away. The metro station is very near, about 9 minutes of easy walk. To get to the center by metro, you need only 10-15 minutes. Also, this place is connected to metro line A, which has highly frequent arrivals and is connected with most important and popular places in Rome. Claudio, the host, is incredibly hospitable and kind. Whenever we had a question, he was available and answered us in the shortest possible time, in just a minute or two. We will definitely stay here next time when in Rome.

From initial pre booking questions, Claudio the host was prompt and concise with his answers, he even managed to facilitate early check in for us which was fantastic due to our early flight arrival. The apartment is in a fantastic quiet residential area just a 8 or 9 minute walk to Furio Camillo Metro station where you can reach all of the major attractions in a few minutes. The apartment is very well equipped with high quality fixtures and fitting, just google "HOM electric cedar radiators" to get an idea, and this is in the bathroom to warm your towels! Samsung microwave, Tv etc etc all expensive quality items, along with high quality bespoke furniture. The bed is super comfortable! best sleep I've ever had in a rental apartment. We were only in Rome for 3 days but I could have stayed here for a month.

A nice and cozy place, everything seemed brand-new, looks exactly like on the pictures! The location is quite good. Despite the transport strike in one of the days of my stay, I managed to reach the train station in 20 minutes on the scooter, with the metro it would take 30. Very clean! Unbelievably kind and hospitable the host!

La posizione dell'alloggio è ottima. Se si scende alla fermata della metropolitana "Furio Camillo" in 7 minuti si può raggiungere l'alloggio. L'alloggio si trova in un quartiere residenziale tranquillo e pulito. Grande cortesia e attenzione da parte del sig. Claudio. Io che amo camminare e stare all'aperto, ho scoperto lì vicino il parco della Caffarella. Ci ritornerò.

Всё было замечательно, договорились о позднем выезде по приемлемой стоимости. Кухня укомплектована хорошо, продуктовый магазин 200м, есть прачечная, много кафе, парк для активного отдыха. Локация хорошая, до метро 7 минут.
