Great location! Most organized place we stayed in Italy. Had a notebook with pictures of directions to all things in the apartment and recommendation on local restaurants and services. Easy walk to historical area. Leonardo was outstanding in giving recommendations and providing transportation!

Excellent localization (3 min. to St. Maggiore) is a top advantage of this place! Apartment was very clean and very well equipped. Towels and bed sheets were fresh, every room was perfectly cleaned and prepared for guests, in kitchen there was a special "welcome gift" awaiting which proves landlord's hospitality. Toilet was sterile clean. Everything was perfect! No problems have occurred during the whole stay. Leonardo, who is very supportive and friendly very clearly explained the way to get the keys to the apartment. Anytime he was ready to support us and advice us with regard sightseeing Rome. The conditions of the apartment exceeded my expectations. I strongly recommend Accogliente Appartamento al Colosseo for everyone who looks for a safe and comfortable stay in Rome in a convenient localization. This place will be my absolute first choice in Rome next time.

Great location, super nice host. You can do everything by foot from here, no need to take the metro. To next supermarket 5 mins by foot. Good pizza al taglio next door. The appartment is nice and has everything you need and even some extras. Very good library of books about Rome.

Situated quite nicely, not far away from major attractions like Foro Romano and Colloseo. A walking distance from the main train station too. A very friendly host who helped us with everything. Also, the last day, we were offered to keep our luggage in a store room until our train departure time. We were very surprised to find a complementary bottle of spumante in the fridge! Much appreciated!

Perfectly proportioned apartment in a quiet local neighbourhood, with a small bodega and bar just a stones throw from the spot. Had everything we needed and had such a pleasant experience with the host.
Great stay!
We loved the location being away from the city center but still walkable and able to catch a bus nearby. My kids loved the books that were available to read and we enjoyed having a pizza and movie night in just to get a break from touring the city.
