Cris is a super nice host, very responsive, approachable and kind to talk to. She even gave me an Easter chocolate egg :) The apartment is 5min walk distance to the metro and you can easily reach the Colosseum and Vaticano. The apartment was super cleana and comfortable and the breakfast was nice. Wouls definitely come back.

I can only agree all the good reviews, it was great apartment, great atmosphere , helpful owner, nice Italian breakfeast. The location is good, for my thougts, easy to reach centre, good transport posibilities around apartment. Nice area.

Host Kristina is kind and helpful! We enjoyed our stay! Even our baby had a baby bed! Kitchen facilities was available anytime.we managed to find a parking place near hotel! We recommend!

Incredible B&B! + Great Italian breakfast (lots of options to choose from, really nice coffee) + Cristina was super nice and helpful ❤️. + Great location! 5-7 minute walk to the metro, quite a few bus stops all around. We didn't have any issues with transportation + I liked the area - nice and quiet + super clean! + Great service - room cleaning every day, frequent stocking up on essentials like toilet paper and fresh towels + HUGE plus for providing shampoo, conditioner, body wash and blow dryer + I was surprised by how big the room was :) + Private bathroom with a spacious shower + Air conditioner! + Big wardrobe + It's located really close to an amazing Italian restaurant (Da Domenico al Pigneto) + great price for how nice it was! I genuinely can't recommend this place enough. Great location, nice and clean rooms, delicious breakfast, amazing person running it :)

We spend 3 wonderful days in Rome and Christina's place was simply wonderful. It was sparkling clean, super cozy, and the powerful AC really saved us from the 42°C heat! We loved the fact that we could get espresso and a quick snack at any time (even 5-6 in the morning). Christina was super nice and helpful. We would definitely return and recommend to our friends!

Everything! The host is very nice and helpful. The breakfast was good. The place was very clean and tidy. The beds mattresses were very comfortable also. The bathroom had all the amenities very nice looking and very clean. The neighborhood is quiet, there are metro and bus stops near the home, a lot of supermarkets, restaurants and bars around. All in all I highly recommend this place and would stay again when I'm in Rome.

Cristina was great! She was very kind and made her self available when needed. She got me settled and helped me with the metro and bus situation. Everything was super clean and neat. The metro station Malatesta and the 81 bus line are just 400 meters from the B&B.

Amazing breakfast. Nice host person (friendly Cristina). Cleanness top. Really good location, just a few minutes walk to the subway and buses. Quiet neighbourhood.

We stayed two nights at this accomodation. Everything was just right. The room was spacious with a very comfortable bed an good lighting. Everything was very clean and all the linen smelt fresh. Same with the bathroom, very clean and spacious shower. Breakfast was always ready on time and we could also have coffee and some wafers when we returned back. Cristina was just seconds away from our needs and was always very helpful. Definitely recommend this place.

Near metro station, supermarket and restaurants. Comfortable bed. The very friendly and helpful owner let us leave our luggage way before check in time.
