Staff, location, the room was clean and spacious for the size.
Staff were helpful and friendly; location was excellent, you could walk around the city comfortably avoiding taxi drivers who took advantage of tourists!

Otherwise, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was nice. The hotel is in a great location, and they offer free croissants, coffee, and juice in the morning. I wish we had gotten the room from the pictures, then the rating would be maximum. As it is, knowing they had to scramble to find a room, and we got one in the attic, it slightly diminishes the experience for me. Still, I would recommend it.

Lift was very small but for those able, to climb its only max 5 flights but without luggage. Very clean and friendly staff

The location of this hotel is unbeatable -5-7 min. Walk to all "must "sites in Rome , small street from Via del Corso, we stayed there during the Easter so it was very busy and plenty of people but the hotel was quite at night. The staff was friendly, especially Georgio, always happy to help - thank you !
The room is basic but clean , good beds , good towels, good water stream in the shower. Coffee and croissants in the morning were very nice to have.
