- locality (underground , buses, shops) - staff - very friendly - room - very clean and cleaned everyday - comfort-to-price ratio - breakfast in the restaurant next to the hotel - 3 kinds of dishes plus it is really cool to see daily habits of Italians in the way to work instead of seating in the "unisex" hotel

Super clean room, comfortable beds and fantastic location. Lots of restaurants around open right through the day and for late-ish dinners. Very easy walk to Fontana di Trevi and Spanish Steps. Plenty of nearby transport, close to Termini and very close to city buses. Staff very helpful and showed us to our rooms to explain air-con etc. Excellent. Loved the vintage lift!

Very comfortable and convenient stay after a very long flight from New Zealand. Friendly and helpful staff, an elevator and outdoor breakfast next door. Huge bed, very comfortable. It was very handy being able to store our luggage before checking in and after checking out. Handy to have a supermarket right across the road.
Our first time in Rome the hotel Sonya was right choice for us.

Hotel Sonya was in a great location with plenty of attractions within walking distance and also the train station was easy to get to if you’re venturing to other regions. The staff are very polite n professional, the rooms were clean either high ceilings only they need more lighting, I found it abit dark.
