Great location (5 min walk from Bologna metro, 1 min walk for bus) very quiet area, but felt safe with lots of clean streets etc. Local restaurants and bars only a short walk by the metro
Comfortable beds and spacious rooms
Very modern looking, not too old or shabby
Lots of amenities (eg kettle and tea bags, mini fridge, tv, safe, slippers, little kits in bathroom etc)
Breakfast was really lovely (huge selection of sweet stuff eg croissants and tarts, lots of meat cheese and bread, and cereal, fruit and yogurt)

Staff lovely and all spoke amazing English which was definitely helpful as I know 0 Italian !
