All the staff were good and they made us feel special. This is the principal aspect of the hospitality industry. My family was pampered, greeted well and all information provided, whether it was for nearby attractions, taxis etc.

The room was big and clean.
We were very happy with everything. Breakfast was good. We were given breakfast in boxes as some of our tours were very early.

The location was great near Spanish steps and from there the Borghese gardens. The entrance was a little eccentric but after that the staff and facilities were good and our room with a large cicrular bed was outstanding. Fantastic value for money. To cap it we went on a free tour of secret Rome which was wonderful, seeing art we would never have seen otherwise

Clean, modern, wall USB charging port. Location very close to the train station. The room was quiet, air conditioning was percect, excellent water pressure and quality blow dryers. Safe facility with doorman and you need to scan your room key to get access up to rooms.
