I have stayed at Crossroad Hotel several times. The location is perfect, the rooms are simple but smartly designed. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. My only suggestion would be putting full body mirrors somewhere in the room, as they are always useful. The only mirror is in the bathroom, and a second mirror is always good to have specially if you are travelling with someone else.
A pleasant stay for me. Clearly not 4 stars, but good for my needs. Will probably come back.

Staff was friendly, hotel location was good. Bus nr 30 took you to the center of Rome and the metro station was very close. Breakfast was good too. The Roma Ostiense station was very close. Some trains passed right outside my window but the sound was never disturbing and never woke me up.
Beds were good too and I slept well.
Good for only sleeping and not spending much time in hotel.

Location is good in terms of transportation (very close to two train stations) and food (Testaccio area, Testaccio market). Clean, well-managed property with attentive staff.
