Room is cleaned n is near to Vatican city n also metro. There are many small cafes around the area. Instruction to get into the place is clear with good communication provided by the owner. Provide good coffee.

Great base location for visiting Rome. Room was exceptionally clean, host was always very quick to respond to any queries and very helpful. If arriving by train i recommend getting off at Ottaviano station instead of Lepanto. The walk to the accommodation from Ottaviano is a nicer walk and gives a better feel for the area with shops & restaurants.
There are small refrigerators for drinks and water. And free water and drinks for me.

The location is very good, close to the Vatican and St. Peter's Basilica, and only 5 minutes away from the bus and subway, which can take you to any of Rome's attractions. Of course you can also citywalk! The room is not as big as it looks in the picture, but it is very convenient for short-term living as a tourist. The price when I booked was a little expensive. I heard that it caught up with the price increase of tourism in Rome. It's 190 euros per night. The boss was very enthusiastic and because of him I also attended the great food festival in Rome. I recommend this accommodation.
