This is a beautiful apartment with a nice balcony with a good table for breakfast and dinner. The apartment has a good parking place in de basement . Nearby is a good shop to buy food for breakfast and dinner. The host Linda is very nice and explained everything very well. We really enjoyed our stay! It was very nice for a very reasonable price! A little problem with hot water was solved within a few hours.
Good place for visiting Rome

Location is for us very good. Near main road but no noise. 5 minutes walk to busstop and 25 minutes walk to metro. It has everything we need airco dishwasher balcony with table. It looks beter then in the pictures. The host is very helpfull and always happy to help and give advice. We had a very pleasant stay.

Impeccably clean, airy, well-furnished apartment in a well-kept building. Lots of light. Great balcony with a nice view. Easy parking right outside. Extremely well-equipped, with new, high-quality appliances, kitchenware and linen. High marks!

Very clean. Well equipped, with an excellent kitchen. The caretaker was super nice and helpful for every demand. It was a short walk from the conference center Ergife Palace Hotel which was the cause of our visit. Easy access to the city, bus, metro or a cab.
