Join this fun, small-group cooking class to discover how to make two iconic Italian creations: Pasta and Tiramisu. You’ll be a master by the end of it. And full to the brim. An ideal day in Rome if you ask us. To begin, learn how to make tiramisu step by step with the help of your local expert chef. Follow their guidance, using the freshest, local ingredients, and you’re well on your way to enjoying one of the staples of all Italian cooking. Next up, you will learn how to make pasta, from scratch. Roll your sleeves up, and prepare to get floury. Shape, roll, and knead away at your dough until it’s ready to be sliced and cooked. Pair that with a carbonara sauce, or cacio e pepe, and enjoy some traditional Italian drinks while you’re cooking too! At the end of the class, enjoy your creations with your new friends and chef, and some more refreshments. You’ll also go home with an e-book of recipes so you can prepare your own pasta and tiramisu at home.

Chef Aria was phenomenal!!! Her & Benjamin were phenomenal with our 3 kids (ages 6, 3, & 1). The food was also amazing! The Prosecco, wine, & limoncello kept flowing. 100% recommend this cooking class!

Amazing night great atmosphere the whole family loved it! We went with myself and my partner, my brother and my nan and everyone loved it! Possibly one of the best Carbonaras we’ve had. Jem and Azin ensured it was a really fun evening and were very good at explaining everything and lending a hand if anyone needed it. Would absolutely recommend we have been to Rome a few times now and wanted to do something different on this trip and this was very much a highlight of our holiday!
